I do hereby forever waive, release and discharge Michelle “Chel” Rogerson, and all others acting on her behalf from any and all claims or liabilities for injuries or damages to my person and/or property, including those caused by the negligent act or omission of any of those mentioned or others acting on their behalf, arising out of my participation in this training. If canceled prior to 72 hours of start: 50% refund or can apply full amount to future training date. If canceled within 72 hours of start: 50% refund.
