I’m also available for teaching in nearby areas, such as Litibu and Punta de Mita, with an additional travel charge. I am a 500-hour certified instructor with 10 years of teaching experience. Private yoga sessions are recommended if you have a specific goal, special event or health condition or injury (cleared to exercise by a physician). I can help you with:

Learn to Meditate

Beginner meditation sessions are a great way to learn and begin a meditation practice. We’ll go over various methods of meditation so that you can learn and be inspired to practice meditating on your own.

Online sessions start at $100 this includes a 1:1 private or you can share the time with your family/friends (5 person limit, contact directly to quote larger groups).
